Contact Us About Casino Reviews and Corrections

Need to get in touch with the PayEdge team? Here’s what you need to know before you hit send.

What to email us about

Editorial corrections. Spotted an error in one of our reviews — a wrong bonus figure, an outdated licence detail, a dead link? Send us the page URL and a short description of the problem. We prioritise factual corrections, especially anything relating to licensing or operator status.

Editorial questions. If you want to know how we review casinos, how our rankings are put together, or why a particular operator appears (or doesn’t appear) in our listings, ask away. We’re happy to explain our methodology.

Partnerships and advertising. Media kits, advertising enquiries and other business proposals go to the same address — just make the subject line clear so your email reaches the right person quickly.

How to reach us

Email: [email protected]

We aim to respond to all genuine enquiries. If your email concerns a factual correction on a published page, mention the URL in the subject line — it speeds things up considerably.

What we can’t help with

Problem gambling enquiries. This is not a support service. If gambling is causing you or someone you know harm — money worries, conflict with family, difficulty stopping — please contact a dedicated gambling support service instead. In Australia, that includes the free national gambling helpline and BetStop, the National Self-Exclusion Register, which lets you exclude yourself from all licensed Australian online and phone wagering operators in one step. Please be aware that BetStop does not cover offshore casinos: it will not close or prevent offshore accounts. You can find more resources on our responsible gambling page.

Disputes with casino operators. We are an information website, not a dispute resolution body. We cannot recover funds, chase withheld winnings or intervene with an operator on your behalf. Offshore casinos offer no Australian consumer-law recourse, ombudsman access or court jurisdiction, and Australian authorities will not help recover funds. If you believe an operator is unlicensed, report it to the relevant state or territory regulator. If you are pursuing a complaint yourself, keep screenshots, reference numbers and timestamps — they matter far more than anything we can tell you.

Account, bonus or payment issues at a casino. Questions about your deposit, withdrawal, bonus balance or account verification must go to the casino’s own support team, not to us. We don’t have access to operator systems or accounts.

One more thing

If you’re considering playing at any offshore casino, remember that deposit limits and other responsible gambling tools there are operator-controlled settings that may not connect to Australian tools, and that some Australian banks may refuse transfers to online casinos — PayID transfers and crypto payments cannot be reversed.

We read everything that arrives at [email protected]. If it’s about our content, our reviews or working with us — write to us. If it’s about gambling harm — reach out to the support services linked above instead.
